Lois Cohn and Dan Dutcher formed Cohn Dutcher Associates in May 2005 (formerly Cohn Davis which opened in 2000). Ms. Cohn has represented clients including Live from Lincoln Center, Eos Orchestra, the Pittsburgh Symphony, and the National Symphony Orchestra, as well as New York appearances and national tours for Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Symphonica Toscanini, and "Mitsuko Uchida and Friends." She has also handled publicity for the renovation and re-opening of many performing arts centers across the nation, including Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center and Kaufman Center (Merkin Hall) in New York, the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, and the Max M. Fisher Music Center in Detroit.
Ms. Cohn is currently working with the Ravinia Festival, Caramoor International Music Festival, Eastman School of Music, New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, the Geraldine R. Dodge Poetry Festival, and conductor Anne Manson.
During her tenure as Director of Marketing and Public Relations of the New York Philharmonic, from 1991 until 2000, Lois Cohn was responsible for formulating and implementing strategic plans to position Kurt Masur as he entered his first season as Music Director. She also worked on publicizing the re-design of the stage of Avery Fisher Hall.
While at the Philharmonic, Ms. Cohn directed promotional campaigns for the orchestra's national and international tours, as well as a number of special events and festivals, including: "Remembering Lenny," a week-long celebration of the works of Leonard Bernstein; "Completely Copland": a three-week showcase of Aaron Copland's work, honoring the 100th Anniversary of his birth; the NY Philharmonic's 150th Anniversary Gala concert led by Pierre Boulez, Zubin Mehta and Kurt Masur; a two-week residency to celebrate Duke Ellington's 100th birthday with Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra; and a celebration of Stephen Sondheim's 70th Birthday with a landmark concert production of Sweeney Todd. For the orchestra's 150th Anniversary season, Ms. Cohn supervised special events and promotions throughout the city, including collaborations with stores such as Tiffany's and Chanel, and exhibits at the Museum of Television and Radio.
Ms. Cohn served as Director of Public Affairs for Carnegie Hall from 1984 until 1991, during which time she created and supervised extensive promotions covering the renovation and re-opening of the Hall in l986, as well as the opening of Weill Recital Hall. She also planned and implemented all special events, marketing and public relations campaigns for the Centennial Celebration during the 1990-1991 season.
From 1980 until 1984, Ms. Cohn was Director of Public Relations and Marketing for the 92nd Street Y, where she was responsible for all of the Y's promotional activities.
DAN DUTCHER

Dan Dutcher opened Cohn Dutcher Associates with Lois Cohn in 2005. He previously worked at Cohn Davis Associates as a publicist, for clients including sopranos Susan Graham and Emma Kirkby, composer Paul Moravec, opera director John Pascoe, the New York Festival of Song, The Collegiate Chorale, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Merce Cunningham Dance Foundation, Florida Grand Opera, Opera Orchestra of New York, Endpapers (Off Broadway), Camp Broadway, and The York Theater Company.
He is currently working with The New York Pops, New York Choral Society, Caramoor International Music Festival, New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, Center for Contemporary Opera and Dixon Place. Mr. Dutcher also specializes in galas and fundraising events.
Formerly, Mr. Dutcher was the assistant to the Senior Vice President of Public Relations and Events of Macy's, where he was responsible for assisting in the coordination of seasonal events such as Pet-a-cular, Macy's Flower Show, Fireworks, Tap-O-Mania and Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. He also worked as an Assistant Coordinator for the The Annual Boston Common Tree lighting, telecasts of Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks and Christmas Holiday shows. He also served as a coordinator for The League of American Theaters and Producers and worked on projects such as "Stars in the Alley" and "Broadway on Broadway."
Mr. Dutcher began his career as a performer: first in opera and later in musical theater where he appeared in a number of leading roles, including A Chorus Line 5000 at the Shubert Theater in New York.
BRITTNEE WALKER
Senior Publicist
Brittnee Walker's work at Cohn Dutcher Associates has included a variety of media campaigns with diverse clients.
As a senior publicist at the firm, Ms. Walker currently handles publicity for The New York Pops, Ravinia Festival, Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, Savannah Music Festival, New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, and conductor Anne Manson. She also serves as a specialist in publicity for all client galas and benefits.
Brittnee came to Cohn Dutcher in January 2010. A native of Pittsburgh and graduate of the University of Maryland where she earned a degree in Social and Behavioral Science Brittnee's previous work experience includes web editorial and gala planning for nonprofit charitable organizations. As a musician, she has a special interest in piano and vocal arts due to an extensive background in both areas.
ILENE ANTELMAN
Special Projects
Ilene Antelman has an extensive background producing events and galas for a variety of luxury and lifestyle clients. She has over ten years experience working closely with corporate, marketing and product development departments for some of the largest fashion and beauty houses, including large-scale product launches, color stories, line extensions, POS videos and press events. Promotional projects have included Avon, Chanel, Cartier, L'Oreal and Lord & Taylor.
Ms. Antelman worked in India with artisan groups to design, develop and market a product line called "Fig," which obtained nationwide sales reach, and she traveled to Bolivia as head of an "Aid to Artisans" project that provided design-direction and marketing know-how to local craftspeople.
At Cohn Dutcher, Ms. Antelman has held leading roles in the campaigns for: the year-long renovation of The Kaufman Center, the ground-breaking event for Lincoln Center's 65th Street Project, the launch of the couture jewelry line S. King Collection, and the Geraldine R. Dodge Poetry Festival at NJPAC.
DANIELLE GREEN
Assistant Publicist
Danielle Green recently joined the Cohn Dutcher team in August 2011. A graduate of Connecticut College, where she earned a B.A. in Music, Danielle is enthusiastic about the notion of applying her studies to practice in the performing arts industry. At Cohn Dutcher, she works on media campaigns for clients such as Dame Emma Kirkby, New York Choral Society and Center for Contemporary Opera, in addition to assisting with publicity work for Caramoor International Music Festival and Savannah Music Festival. Danielle hails from New Jersey, where she began playing flute at age 10.
